Orders for delivery within the UK are sent by Royal Mail.

  • Standarda (Second class)Free delivery for orders of £30.00 and over. Orders below £30.00 £1.95 Delivery time is 2-4 days.
  • Priority next-day delivery£4.95 for all orders. A tracking number is emailed to you when dispatched. Delivery time is next working day for orders received before 2pm.

Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent by one of our trusted courier partners.

         Republic of Ireland

  • Free delivery for orders of £30.00 or over and £3.95 for orders below £30.00.  Delivery time is typically 3 - 7 days.

        Rest of Europe

  • £4.95.   Delivery time is typically 3 - 7 days.

        North America (USA and Canada)

Returns Policy

How can I get something refunded, replaced or exchanged?

For any return you will need to get a Returns Authorisation from us. If you set up an account when you made your purchase (or already had one) it's very simple to get ths by simply logging into your account, clicking on 'my orders / order history' and clicking on the return this item button next to the item.

You will be asked for some basic information on reason for return and your authorisation will emailed to you.

What's's general returns policy?

How can I return something I didn't order myself?

Under our unwanted gifts policy we’ll send you a voucher code for the value of your return, once received, which you can use as part or full payment for future purchases from our website. Don't worry, we won't let the person who sent you the gift know about your return.

Once we’ve received and checked the item we’ll send you a returns label to print off and attach to your parcel.

NB: Refund policy

If we agree to a refund rather than an exchange on anything other than defective items, or a Ruckstar mistake, normal returns terms apply. If the return isn't due to an error on our part, or a genuine defect, then if a refund is approved the refund won't include the cost of any additional services provided in connection with the purchase.

If you return an item that was paid for with a voucher code in part or in full, we'll refund the voucher portion with a new voucher code to the same value and any non-gift certificate portion to the card used for the original transaction. Gift certificates connected to specific promotions are generally non refundable. Please check on the terms and conditions for the individual promotion.

Return a wrong item

If your package includes an item you weren't expecting or you receive a RUCKSTAR order and you're not a RUCKSTAR customer, please contact us.

Your Statutory Rights

Cooling-off Period

At we want you to be delighted every time you buy one of our garments. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 14-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item .

Original condition means NEW, UNOPENED and with TAGS INTACT

By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within fourteen working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to any RUCKSTAR product

Please package the item securely and send it to us within 14 days following the date that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £25 UK.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's standard delivery charge. We cannot refund any special delivery service charge.
